High Temp. Meat Probe for FB 100, 200, 300, 400 ONLY (90˚ Plug)

High Temperature Meat Probe for Flame Boss Smoker Controllers. Industrial duty platinum resistance thermometer probe rated to 475˚F, includes 6 ft. stainless steel shielding.

This probe may be used in combination with the Flame Boss Y-cable to add additional meat probes with Flame Boss 300 and BigGreenEgg EGGgenius controllers.

Running with 2 Meat Probes: Plug 1 Y-cable into the pit jack on the Flame Boss® 300 controller. Plug the pit probe into the black lead labeled PIT/M1. Plug 1 Meat probe into the red lead labeled M2/M3, plug the 2^nd meat probe into the meat jack.

Running with 3 Meat Probes: Plug 1 Y-cable into the pit jack on the Flame Boss® 300 controller. Plug the pit probe into the black lead labeled PIT/M1. Plug 1^st meat probe into the red lead labeled M2/M3. Plug 2^nd Y-cable into the meat jack. Plug 2^nd meat probe into the black lead labeled PIT/M1 and 3^rd meat probe in red lead labeled M2/M3.
