  Ensure the barbeque, accessory, or part is unused, unassembled, and securely packed in its original manufacturer's box with all manuals and hardware included.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Bring your item directly to our service desk or ship it back to our main warehouse using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, excluding any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
